Application Process

To Apply for a Rental Property

1. Submit a rental application that can be obtained from our office.
2. Pay a $35 rental application fee per applicant.
3. Provide our office with a government issued ID.
4. Pay a $65 account establishment fee upon signing a lease.

Our office will run a background check, which consists of a credit check, previous landlord verification, and an employment verification.

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CREDIT APPROVAL

All residential properties require a security deposit equal to or greater than the monthly rent.

Upon approval of the application, the applicant will be required to sign a lease which addresses the policies and procedures of this office.
