We are proud to say we have been serving the Milledgeville/Lake Sinclair area for more than 23 years. We provide a service for both the home owner who has a need to rent a property as well as the many people looking for a place to rent. We presently manage 189 properties which contain 492 units in total. Our properties vary from single family dwellings to duplex apartments and apartment buildings. They are located in all the Milledegville area as well as on Lake Sinclair.

We have a fully staffed office Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM, to help you with your rental requests. We also have an after hours maintenance service for emergency situations.
